Craven Fawcett secures new contract with global materials company
Craven Fawcett, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of clay preparation machinery and part of Group Rhodes, has recently designed, manufactured and installed a new Extruder for global materials company Sibelco at its plant in Devon.
The new Extruder was required to replace an existing machine, in a bid to increase the output rate of clay pellets. The project took only 26 weeks from order receipt to delivery.
Glynn Dixon, Contracts Manager at Craven Fawcett, said: “Sibelco was looking to increase its output and the new Extruder will enable them to efficiently achieve their production targets. We were successful in winning this project due to our expertise in the china clay industry.”
