Steam Strainers have been produced for the Power Generation Industry for a number of years.

These are high precision drilled, fabricated and fully machined components used extensively in the generation of electricity, from steam power, filtration process.  They are a critical part of the steam line filtration system and as such undergo rigorous quality inspection procedures throughout the production process.

The drilling process takes advantage of our Multi-Spindle Head facilitythat ensures hole and pattern integrity throughout the filtration cylinder of the strainer. The Hallamshire drilling process also ensures material integrity between the holes, providing optimum plate stability.
